Q-Book Online Booking v3 - When setting up the system the support was good they were obviously very busy in answering the questions people were asking, sometimes you could not get through so had to wait for a ring back which was very quick. Setting up the items of sale was good you did not have to repeat entering the details all the time, a couple of clicks here and there and you had set up a different room so ease of use was good, u do feel in more control it what you are setting up and how you want things to be set up, navigation through the system is ok you just follow the line across going from left to right when you set things up and the drop down boxes are good easy to navigate.

Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Support during setup was very good. Queries were always answered promptly and efficiently, reasonably easy to use once you get used to it! Some of the sections are not relevant to us, but I can see how they would benefit other larger hotels. The system is clearly set up for hotels which charge per room (as I am aware the majority of hotels probably do these days) We still charge per person, with half price being charged for children, however we have managed to work around this using the different Item set up available.

Q-Book Online Booking v3 - We have been using the online booking system for a while now I have always found everyone most helpful ; and any support which I did require was readily available and clearly explained. The system is quite easy to use once the initial you start to use it and know how to navigate the system. We have always run a manual diary alongside our on line booking system, but we are at the stage where we could do away with it , all the information I require is there in front of me. Some of the small changes which have been made are great - like the housekeeping, whats important is that it is evolving.

Yes, I like the progress, i.e. the auto reminder a week before the guests arrive. I received that many bookings! I have not had time for a piddle today! The best on the market and reasonably priced.

The site is quite easy to use, though I have had comments from a couple of people that they found booking online difficult. I can only assume that they were unused to online booking as I have been through the process and it is fine. Being able to edit text and pictures is superb and I feel in control of the site. All in all it is a great success. The booking system seems to work well, though a lot of my regular guests still telephone. Q-Book Online Booking v3 - We do feel we get enough support when required the system as far as we use it is quite easy to use although we probably do not use it to its fullest extent but that is down to us and we will delve further as and when required with your help. We do have more control than when we first went online booking and navigation is getting easier, sometimes it takes a few minutes finding things but once again that is down to us being dinosaurs and is quite fun trying. The system is progressing nicely and we have received a few bookings. Any bookings? Many bookings!! Its a perfect combination with my brand new website designed by Queensborough. No commission basis, this is the most attractive issue for me to choose the online booking service, Sarah Porter helps me a lot throughout the setup. I understand that there are much more useful functions in the system, i.e. Q-marketing which I have never used yet and it would be very handy if you give us a form of instruction manual and the training somehow to utilize them. Our overall verdict: we are really satisfied with the Q-booking system.

I have been a customer for around 5 years and during that time I have had many occasions where I have needed updates completed and this has been completed quickly. I had my website re-vamped by Steve and he made a really good job of it......my guests tell me so! The additional features are good too; I tried the on-line booking when you introduced it and didn't find it worked for me; however you have made many improvements and I now use it and find it gives me a business edge. I will also examine the SMS system you are now offering and feel it should be good. I do note that the fee increases year on year however I also feel that if you continually work toward offering a better service and features your customers will consider it good value.

They are the essence of what customer service is all about. Neither are they "pushy" in terms of sales which is by far the better way of getting the custom. Your computer wizards deal with technical queries almost instantly and with great patience when speaking directly to me - for those of us that don't know the "lingo". Your costs are pitched just right for small B&B establishments like me and think that is where you hold your customer.
