Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Support during setup was very good. Queries were always answered promptly and efficiently, reasonably easy to use once you get used to it! Some of the sections are not relevant to us, but I can see how they would benefit other larger hotels. The system is clearly set up for hotels which charge per room (as I am aware the majority of hotels probably do these days) We still charge per person, with half price being charged for children, however we have managed to work around this using the different Item set up available.

Q-Book Online Booking v3 - The support you gave me in setting up was excellent. I must admit I was quite apprehensive about putting on the new system, but you were great and have been since with a few queries that I have had. I am getting used to the system, but am only using it for bookings at the moment. I need to be a bit more adventurous as time goes by. We have definitely more in control using Q-Book, the navigation is better. The system is helping and it is good to see a overview of bookings on the screen, as opposed to in a diary. I have received 8 bookings direct through Q-Book and I am sure there have been more by phone because of the networks. Canít compare with any other booking systems as have only been with you. The only other one I investigated had a percentage system to pay to them, so I am glad I have gone with you and saved money. Many thanks.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - We are very pleased with the Q-book system. The system is simple to use once you understand how it all works and fits together. This is the first on line booking system we have used so have no comparison but wished we have done it sooner. We have had 41 bookings within a short period which is excellent. The support from Noel, in particular, and the other ladies that we have spoken to, Victoria, has been first class, so helpful and polite. We would recommend Q book to any of our friends. Thank you to everyone.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Support from the Queensborough Group Team was excellent and everyone is very friendly. Victoria was our main point of contact and she was able to answer all our (numerous) questions efficiently and offer solutions straightaway. Once we got the hang of it, it is quite easy to use. Although we still have to take a look at the Q-marketing aspect of it. We have had several bookings, we have also got into the habit of putting the full details in of any other bookings as we receive them, just need to take the time to put in all the details of bookings we received prior to Qbook. I have noticed with Qbook we get much more exposure on other sites plus Qbook is much more sophisticated and more user friendly for the guest. They can see a description, price and photo of each room prior to booking and it sits much better on our website. For us, it allows us to put in all the details of the customer for manual bookings, plus adding extras during their stay i.e. bar bill and to be able to generate an invoice for the guest. We have yet to see the advantage of emails sent after the guest stays as we are not open at the present time. Overall we are very pleased with the Q-book system and we are looking forward to getting up to speed as we get busier throughout the season.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Friendly, cheerful & helpful are 3 words that spring to mind on dealing with the Q-Book team, and if that's not enough. Q-Book actually does what you expect it to do, plus it's easy to navigate with all the daily essentials at your fingertips. After only a couple of weeks we are receiving online bookings, with www.hotels.uk.com now one of our top referral sites. We also use the Expedia system of one of the worlds largest accommodation providers and look forward to Q-Book being integrated as it's a much simpler system to operate.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Q-Book is very easy to use and yes I feel in more control the system has good navigation, once you get used to the searching it is very easy, good improvement compared the previous system I used. Any bookings? Many bookings!! Its a perfect combination with my brand new website designed by Queensborough. No commission basis, this is the most attractive issue for me to choose the online booking service, Sarah Porter helps me a lot throughout the setup. I understand that there are much more useful functions in the system, i.e. Q-marketing which I have never used yet and it would be very handy if you give us a form of instruction manual and the training somehow to utilize them. Our overall verdict: we are really satisfied with the Q-booking system.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - I started with you in January after being with Eviivo for 6 years, I was getting fed up with the way they were progressing with the bigger hotels and forgetting about the smaller guys they started off supporting. Plus they charge commission on any bookings from our own website. I found your system easy to navigate, had a few queries but they were dealt with quickly, rarely had to wait for calls back. Often emailed and the next day things were sorted. Your support is great.
