Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Support in setting up the system is great oh yes, q-book is so much easier than my last online booking system, and navigation through the system is easy also our bookings have improved dramatically.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Support from the Queensborough Group Team was excellent and everyone is very friendly. Victoria was our main point of contact and she was able to answer all our (numerous) questions efficiently and offer solutions straightaway. Once we got the hang of it, it is quite easy to use. Although we still have to take a look at the Q-marketing aspect of it. We have had several bookings, we have also got into the habit of putting the full details in of any other bookings as we receive them, just need to take the time to put in all the details of bookings we received prior to Qbook. I have noticed with Qbook we get much more exposure on other sites plus Qbook is much more sophisticated and more user friendly for the guest. They can see a description, price and photo of each room prior to booking and it sits much better on our website. For us, it allows us to put in all the details of the customer for manual bookings, plus adding extras during their stay i.e. bar bill and to be able to generate an invoice for the guest. We have yet to see the advantage of emails sent after the guest stays as we are not open at the present time. Overall we are very pleased with the Q-book system and we are looking forward to getting up to speed as we get busier throughout the season.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Just a quick note to let you know I am very happy with the system and really feel it benefits my Bed & Breakfast business. I had very good support setting up the system, Q-Book is easy to use the navigation is good I definitely have more control, I find things what I am looking for quickly and have received plenty of bookings, thank you.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - At the beginning we were quite overwhelmed by the enormity of the Q-Book System. However, we were amazed with the simple and easy to follow steps which Jenny set for us. Thereafter the set-up was ever so straight forward. Working with it has been a pleasure, as it all happens for us! The guidance provided and the make-up of the System made it really easy to use. Our business is quite small and would never require the enormous capabilities the System is capable of providing and navigating through was quite an insight into the powerful system it is. The System provides all our needs and as mentioned above, goes far beyond our needs. We have received 98 bookings since connecting with Q-Book System, a figure far beyond our expectations. We have only used one other system prior to Q-Book, and there is no comparison. Again we thank you for the System and service you provide. Q-Book Online Booking v3 - We have not been with you that long but all encounters so far have been very positive and any issues we have had, have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently, we have no complaints at all. We are delighted we made the move to Q-books, it has not half cut down the amount of phone calls and emails we now get by filtering out the enquiries for dates that are already full.
Q-Book Online Booking v3 - Just a short email to acknowledge the assistance given to my by your employee Noel Moore. Noel's patience whilst assisting me put together our calendar profile was both efficient, professional and extremely thorough, which I personally found of great help to me. I am very much a 'technophobe' but his clear instruction was such that I found navigating around the 'profile' relatively simple and I actually felt confident, much to my surprise!

Q-Book Online Booking v3 - We have been using the online booking system for a while now I have always found everyone most helpful ; and any support which I did require was readily available and clearly explained. The system is quite easy to use once the initial you start to use it and know how to navigate the system. We have always run a manual diary alongside our on line booking system, but we are at the stage where we could do away with it , all the information I require is there in front of me. Some of the small changes which have been made are great - like the housekeeping, whats important is that it is evolving.
