This guide applies to Microsoft Outlook 2003 for Windows. The screenshots shown are from Windows XP.

In this guide we'll show you how to:
You can use these instructions to set up email for a domain hosted on your account.
If this is the first time you've run Outlook 2003, the first thing you'll see the startup window, click Next.

You'll be asked if you want to configure an email account, make sure Yes is selected and click Next.

Make sure POP3 is selected, click Next and go to Section 3 - Enter your account details.

Open Outlook, go to Tools on the top bar and select E-mail Accounts.

The E-mail Accounts window will appear. Make sure Add a new e-mail account is selected and click Next

Make sure POP3 is selected, click Next and go to Section 3 - Enter your account details.

Fill out the Internet E-Mail Settings window with your account details.
If you're not sure what to enter, each section you need to fill in is explained below.

Enter the username and password you have been provided.
Don't tick: Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
Enter the following for the mail servers:
Click Next when you've filled in all three sections.
That should be everything you need to do, so click Finish to close wizard.

Finally Click Send/Receive and your email will be downloaded to the Inbox.
If you need to check or change your email settings on Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:
Go to Tools on the top bar and select E-mail Accounts.

The E-mail Accounts window will appear. Make sure View or change existing e-mail accounts is selected and click Next

Click on the name of the mail account you want to edit and click Change...

You'll now see the settings screen, it's the same as the one used to set up a new account. Take a look at Step 3 - Enter your account details (above) for more information on this.
Click Next and then Finish when you're done.
