I joined Queensborough Group just before the Covid lockdown and due to being closed I promptly forgot all the training! Sophie, Amy and the team have been extremely helpful and very patient with my questions about the system and I have easily picked it up again. They are really pleasant and know me when I ring which is such a difference to my previous channel manager. And they all speak English as their first language.. a huge bonus in time saving.Direct bookings have definitely increased and I would highly recommend Q Book. Thanks to you all at queensborough. Bought a guest house 17 months ago which was already using Qbook. Very easy to use booking system. After discussions with my Account Manager Gillian I soon decided to shift the existing website and email side of things over to them as their pricing was very competitive. Transfer went ahead smoothly and any queries were quickly answered. Makes you wonder why some other website providers are charging what they do! New features being added regularly. Very happy with the service so far.

These guys have been uniformly brilliant at every point of contact! I'm not too savvy in such matters - new to the hospitality world and a bit of a tech-dullard - but the Queensborough team have been both diligent and patient helping me set up a couple of ventures. I also utilised their web design offerings and am pleased I did. Katie has been a great account manager and the tech & design team have been super-responsive and provided lots of hand-holding/guidance/creative ideas when needed. I have done a lot of research into vouchers over the last few months since being in lockdown and it can be very costly to set up and apply to our / your website and a very complex process to set up, QBooks have made this really simple but very effective and its Free!!!!! This will now allow me to have guests booking vouchers online from our website for weekend breaks, valentines package, afternoon tea packages and much more. I added 5 vouchers to my site today and it took me less than 5 minutes to set up. QBOOK you have done a amazing job and highly recommended. I also called them up today to answer some final questions and I found the customer service fantastic.
