Instant booking confirmation

Each time a new online booking happens, Q-Book sends your B&B or Hotel and the guest a confirmation email, automatically. The confirmation is instant and specifies all the finer details of the booking. The confirmation email acts as a copy of the booking made initially. The email confirms the date of the stay, check-in/out time(s), room rate, terms and conditions, cancellation policy and any details both parties need to know. If for whatever reason, the guest needs a new copy of the email, this can be resent via Q-Book, Booking Details page. In addition to the confirmation email, we also have an automatic guest reminder email and departure email for our Q-Bookers to optimise.

Online Guest Registration

Q-Book can automatically send an Online Guest Registration email to your upcoming guests so many days before their arrival. When should they receive the email? That's up to you! The process is straightforward. Your guests receive a registration email and then complete the fields that you have outlined in Q-Book for their attention. For example, you may want to collate name, passport number, car reg, dietary information and their estimated time of arrival. Because all guest details are already submitted, when check-in day comes around, it's a much quicker process. Brilliant for reducing reception congestion and perfect for faceless check-in. Ideal for self-catering apartments, lodges, cottages & whole-house lets!
