As everybody works differently, we have created multiple Payment Options that suit everybody’s way of collecting payments. Each option will validate & store card details so that you can protect yourself against the elements of no-shows, cancellations and damages. Whether you prefer to automate balance payments, a firm favourite of our Q-Booker’s, or take payments manually via your existing card machine, we have a solution for every accommodation. You have the freedom to switch from one Payment Gateway to another – until you have found the perfect fit for you and your business.

Online Booking System

Website & OTA Deposits Payments directly into your bank

You can specify exactly how much you want to collect from your guest at the point of booking and choose from either pounds, percentage or value of the firsts night stay. The deposit for website and OTA bookings will be processed automatically and sent to your bank, with the option of setting a separate deposit amount for OTA’s, or processing them manually.

Automatic Payments Let Q-Book take care of everything!

Set Q-Book to automatically take payment for bookings and put the money direct in your bank. A report of payments is available on a daily basis. Payment for bookings can be set to be taken up to 30 days before arrival and up to 10 days after departure. Let Q-Book automatically send your guest an invoice once payment has been taken. Included with our payment gateways (Optional).

Flexible Payment Gateways Manage your own payments

Q-Book Automatically collects balance payments on your behalf and does all the work for you if you choose it to do so. Of course, if you still wish to process payments manually, this is an option. If your guest decides they want to make payment with cash or use an alternative credit card, you can still log a manual payment, and have the option to process payments manually through the gateways. You have full control, no need to worry.
